Outstanding service! Fast, professional, and highly recommended. My experience started with a stressful condo water leak. After other plumbers quoted outrageous rates ($300/hr just to look!) or weeks of waiting. I finally called Steve's Plumbing. Kyle and his apprentice came out the next morning at 8:15! They were incredibly professional, diagnosed the leak, and coordinated directly with my condo's site manager—all in under an hour. While they were here, I asked about my aging water heater. They inspected it, found water in the pan, and offered to replace it on the spot. By noon, I had a brand-new, energy-efficient water heater installed at a very reasonable price. I was so focused on the plumbing issues and was happy to learn Steve's also handle HVAC. I am already waiting for a call from their A/C team. I had an excellent experience with Jeremy who replaced my bathroom faucet. He came with his trainee Q. Jeremy was professional, courteous, and they both completed the job efficiently. What really stood out was that he went the extra mile by checking on my AC after noticing black marks on my bathroom ceiling that appeared to be mold-related. Although it was outside his area of expertise, he took the time to explain the possible issue and even offered to refer me to their AC department for further inspection. He also noticed a leak on my toilet and offered to fix it and replace the part. I truly appreciated his honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to help beyond the original service request. Jeremy my plumber was awesome! He explained in detail the options on my shower valve and washer pipe fixture’s where I could understand.
