I had an excellent experience with Jeremy who replaced my bathroom faucet. He came with his trainee Q. Jeremy was professional, courteous, and they both completed the job efficiently. What really stood out was that he went the extra mile by checking on my AC after noticing black marks on my bathroom ceiling that appeared to be mold-related. Although it was outside his area of expertise, he took the time to explain the possible issue and even offered to refer me to their AC department for further inspection. He also noticed a leak on my toilet and offered to fix it and replace the part. I truly appreciated his honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to help beyond the original service request.
